The contractual relationship for any sale is between the customer and the store owner or market trader directly. Clip Services Ltd is not a party to that contract except as payment facilitator where applicable.
Store owners and market traders listed on Clip Services are not employees, workers, agents, or representatives of Clip Services Ltd. They operate as independent businesses. They set their own prices, manage stock, and decide how to fulfil orders (subject to law and platform rules).
Clip Services Ltd does not supervise day-to-day shop operations. Store owners and market traders are responsible for their own tax affairs, insurance, food safety where applicable, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers should exercise their own judgement, check allergens and ingredients where relevant, and follow safe food handling after delivery or collection.
Seller ratings and reviews displayed on the platform are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experiences. Clip Services does not verify the accuracy of every review and is not responsible for opinions expressed by reviewers.
Any sales figures, income examples, or revenue projections shown on this website (including in seller recruitment materials or marketing) are estimates only. They are not guarantees of actual sales or profit.
Individual seller results will vary depending on factors including but not limited to product range, pricing, fulfilment, customer demand, reviews, and seasonality.
Clip Services does not guarantee any minimum number of orders or income to any seller.
Clip Services may charge a subscription and/or transaction fee as communicated to sellers and customers. Fees are described at listing or checkout. Clip Services is not a financial institution; card payments are processed by Stripe (subject to Stripe’s terms).
Payment is required at checkout as specified. Clip Services does not hold client funds in a regulated banking capacity.

Sellers are expected to carry appropriate insurance for their business (for example public liability and, where relevant, product liability). Clip Services may request evidence of cover but is not responsible for verifying that a seller’s insurance is current, adequate, or valid.
Clip Services may hold its own platform-level insurance where appropriate. This does not extend to cover individual seller actions or product defects.
